Return and Refund Policy

You need to get in touch with the BG Vision team within 24 hours of delivery. Return will be accepted only if it meets the return eligibility criteria of that product or category the product belongs to. Make a video of unboxing the courier, if the delivered product is damaged before the delivery, you can notify the BG Vision Team which will either replace the product or provide refund after collecting the expired product. If your return is accepted, refunds will be credited within 4-7 business days. Delivery charges are not refundable.
